2. Estimates & Pricing


Estimates provided are non-binding and based on the information available at the time. Actual pricing may vary depending on the scope of work and onsite conditions.


All invoices are due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.




3. Appointments & Cancellations


Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or online (if available). Customers must provide at least

24 hours’ notice

for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or short-notice cancellations may result in a service fee.




4. Warranties


Dickson Plumbing offers a limited warranty on labor and workmanship, typically between

30 to 90 days

, depending on the service. Specific product warranties are governed by the manufacturer.


Warranty is void if:


The issue arises from misuse or neglect The system is altered by an unauthorized party Payment terms are not met
